General conditions
1. Reservation and Deposit
To confirm a reservation, it is mandatory to pay a deposit equivalent to 10% of the total stay amount.
This deposit must be paid at the time of booking confirmation. Until the corresponding payment is received, the reservation will not be considered valid or guaranteed.
The deposit payment process will be carried out through the available electronic means (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or secure payment platform, depending on availability at the time of booking).
2. Payment of Remaining Amount
The remaining amount corresponding to the reservation must be paid 5 days before the scheduled check-in date.
To facilitate payment, we will send the client a secure link to the email address provided at the time of booking.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure receipt of this link and to complete the payment within the indicated period.
Important:
If the remaining amount is not paid within the indicated period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, the deposit paid will not be refunded and the client will not have the right to make any claims regarding the canceled reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: The client may cancel the reservation without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Refund: If the cancellation is made within the free cancellation period, the deposit paid will be fully refunded using the same payment method used for the reservation.
Late cancellations: If the cancellation is requested less than 48 hours in advance of the arrival date, no refund of the deposit will be made.
No-show: If the client does not show up at the accommodation on the scheduled date without prior communication within the established periods, it will be considered a late cancellation and no refund will be given.
4. Additional Notes
Modifications: Any modification of dates or reservation conditions will be subject to availability and may result in changes to the final price.
Specific Conditions: Some promotional packages or special rates may have different payment and cancellation conditions, which will be communicated to the client at the time of booking.
Responsibility: The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for the reservation and for reviewing and accepting the terms and conditions before making the payment.
